Oh and I love Kate's outfit choice.  Very blue and patriotic.  Okay not so much patriotic but on a day like this, seeing the blue is like BAM patriotism to me. hahaha.

I really dont know where the pics are from, but I got the blend in the photo galleries on kv, so maybe the pics are from a interview or something? look in the photo galleries here ;D

       According to the website Just Jared.com, Kelly Clarkson was spotted at Toast Bakery Cafe in L.A. (July 4th). Miss Clarkson was eating lunch with two girlfriends. There's photos of Kelly on the website. On a personal note: I was at a family barbecue on Independence Day. I had a good time.
