Aw, what a cute video. Yeah I think it was Kelly.  I didn't like Reba's hair though. It was kind of like BAM! You know? But Whatever lol.

there are 2 different cameras and the one i just saw was from celeb tv and it was very clear that Kelly was in the back seat!! no question!! she sees the cameras and covers her face up a little so you can't see her. but as soon as reba gets in the car she has the door open or something and you see her smile. so yeah it definitely was Kelly!!

there is no telling if that is Kelly or not since you can't get a good glimpse of the person. If it was Kelly why wouldn't she be leaving the restaurant with Reba? That just doesn't make any sense.
