I heard that 10% of all profits go to various charities.  Getting beautiful flowers and helping others in one, sounds great to me!

You can actually pick a specific charity, or if you have a fundraiser or event for a charity, they work out the donations on it to your charity.
Some actually buy the flowers in bulk for fundraisers since they are so inexpensive, then re-sell them with all additional proceeds for the charity.

if anyone is in Miami in april, Julips Flowers will be biking from Miami to Key Largo and back (150 miles) for charity!
