Is anyone hearing the new single played on the radio much? I hardly get to listen to the radio but heard kelly while at an appointment, the only thing is the station was playing BTHE. Most ppl say they really dont hear it played.

do you think there will be a video

Well it will debut at #33 on the Adult Pop Chart this week...where she ruled for like seven weeks with Already Gone.

It's been played here in South Africa, but long shot is being played more for some reason.... request it on your radio stations then.

I was surprised they released another single and told ppl if she is going to release her next album by the end of the year I didnt see how she would have the time to make a video so it doesnt surprise me that there wont be a video. now we can all use our imaginations and think of our own version of a video

Hi there I'm an extreme Kelly Clarkson from England which ain't that big on Kelly which is a shame but I blame all that on Clive Davis and his rather disgusting promotional methods. I've stalked Already Gone's status in the American charts (since it wasn't released over here) in a site called "idol chatter" which itself is a subforum from USA Today's website (I'm guessing) which did great as a single xD 1.32 million SCORE however it failed to sell the album, only boosting sales by 80,000 over 35 weeks, and let's face it. While comparing artists, album sales are the main focus point. 

When I heard that If I can't have you was the next single I actually smiled cause even though it was produced by the copycat backstabber Ryan Tedder and had a very similar backing track to Fly On The wall by Miley Cyrus compared to every other song from the album it stand tall and was one of AIEWs highlights. When Kelly decided to swap IICHU for AIEW i feared the worst... Here comes Sober's follow up But I know why she did it. Kelly knew that if she released if I can't have you people would start suspecting something was up. Longshop was another possible single instead of AIEW with it's catchy lyrics and uptempo sound, but was also a cover, losing it's originality status dropping the quality of the single even further. If you think about it MLWSWY was handed to Kelly meaning she didn't write or produced the song, she only recorded it. IDNHU was of a similar situation but it's a cover meaning she was not the first to record it losing credits. Already Gone was co-written but we all know what went on there and now if long shot was released as a single she would lose even more credits. Cry is indeed the best ballad in the album (already gone was way overproduced) however the previous single was a ballad that's not really a wise move. Buyers want variety and cry is quite sad hence not being released YET. With her going with AIEW isn't all that bad strateging but it needs several promotion that including a video and a performance in the AI final.
