Kelly_Aholoic, when was the last time you voted online?  They changed the rules back when Madonna's fans got hold of a power-voting program and really skewed the results.  Now you have to be logged-in in order to vote, and it says "Thanks for voting for TRL today! Remember only one vote counts, so be sure to come back tomorrow and vote again!" (I cut and pasted directly from the site)

As for the phone votes counting as fifty online votes, I've heard that all over, but most recently at www.kellyfanclub.ne t.  It's under their TRL voting tips.

It probably had been awhile because Kelly is the only one I vote for so it was during the BOY run. The other thing could be that since I have a few networks that the ip address is how they block it and I have a few ip's.

I can't believe they allow more then vote by phone though as you can still have a fan call and just keep voting forever and rack the vote just like maddona. Lets keep Kelly going though and start voting with the new vh1 system too

I agree, but someone manually voting over and over again is not going to make NEARLY the amount of impact that a computer-generated mass power-voter program can do.
