Has anyone here got any favourite books? I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone else reads (if you do read; I appreciate some people find it boring - must be reading the wrong books! )

Here's my list: (that comes to mind anyway!)

The Bruce Trilogy - Nigel Tranter - Story of Scotland's greatest king - action/adventure/romance

The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy - Douglas Adams - Hilarious and clever space adventure - adventure/comedy/sci-fi

The Lord of the Rings - JRR Tolkien - Greatest fantasy epic ever written - action/adventure/war/fantasy

I only read star wars books!
I buy the english pocket versions, they easy to transport!
i hate the DUTCH versions, they're big, and translated wrong!, and they only have a few books in dutch so..

i just finished reading a book called ''My Summer of Love'' its a good book, although not everyone will like it as it is a lesbian book

but

the book im reading now is great its called ''The Killing Hour''

lol Shin - yeah I've read a few Star Wars books....otherwise I'd never have a clue what one of my friends is talking about - ever!

Rach, is that "The Killing Hour" by Lisa Gardner? I've not read it, but I've heard it's good - and pretty chilling; despite the heat!

my favorite book is called blade silver  its about this girl who cuts her self  its really depressing but really  good
i dont like 2 read like at all but this book was like really great it was like the 1st book i ever read wanting to read it 4 no reason like skool or something like that

I Love the "A series of Unfortunate Events" books. I read all 12 in order. Im so anxious for the 13th book to come out. It's a shame it's the last book in the series
