Kelly upset by World Idol DVD idea

I found this on Popdirt:

'American Idol' season one champ Kelly Clarkson isn't happy with Simon Cowell's plans to release 'World Idol' to DVD. "It was total trash and so ill-thought out that I almost died backstage with the shame," Clarkson admitted to Neil Sean of Sky News. A harder to believe claim by Neil is that Clarkson has threatened to "quit" if its released because "it will ruin my career." Clarkson placed second in 'World Idol', behind Norwegian 'Idol' Kurt Nilsen.

Why would she "die of shame"? She did great in world idol, I thought... :smiley24:

I also thought so.  Maybe just another nasty rumour.  Everyone knows where Kelly and Idols are concerned, there's WAR nowadays!!!

Her fans aren`t going to stop liking her just `cause of a silly DVD,we aren`t that fickle  :-\

Yeah, I bet it is! On the Fox interview the other day, Kelly just said the rumors about her not liking Idol was total "CRAP!". Haha :D

i think kellys choices with her carrer have been great ones nd she just doesnt want to get it all messed up from some dvd  she dont like     but i think she does great in everything she does
its probly half true but people ut more into it nd r making it a much bigger deal

I dont believe it much because its like saying kellys the bad girl and lets just forgive and forget or not forgive because she hasen't done anything wrong but what was she ashamed of guys i didnt see the world idol why woudnt she want it on dvd  ???

Yeah, I don't think there was anything shameful about Kelly being on World Idol too.  I think she did great, she sang Natural Woman on it! I thought it was awesome! But the only downside was she didn't win it, I think she won 2nd place though! :)
