I went back to the old boards and found this as well. Hopefully it will be useful.
(remove all *'s, they are put there for example purposes)
images: [*img] url of image here [*/img]
links: [*url] url here [*/url]
you can also use the buttons right above here to make it easy...you'll see the code with TEXT between the codes... just replace TEXT with what you need to put there.. you have jsut about everything there too.. colors, bold, lists, image, etc.. hold you mouse over a button and it will tell you what it's for!
