ok.. after years of Jeff, I'm getting really sick of hearing it...
First off..he will NEVER be allowed back on this site. you dont get banned form here without a very good reason for it, in his case, it was a very serious reason.
second.. he was first banned form Nellie Fertado and Alicia Silverstone sites long before he found Kelly sites. When he found the Kelly sites, they all banned him for the same reasons...
He eventually found the fan club, and reports were sent about his lude and sexually explicit behavior, especially around minors.. most of the reports came from parents of teenage girls who were checking on what their kids do online and found his private messages. I was an admin there at the time, and he was given several warnings by Pinky Gonzalez, who was at the time in charge of the entire fan club (he owned it prior to merging with EchoMusic LLC). Finally, copies of the messages were sent by those reporting him, and the fan clubs lawyers recommended he be removed, and he was banned for life in May, 2005.
He then found this site.. in April, 2006, and was LET ON BY ME.. with an understanding he does none of the crap he did on the other sites.. he lasted 2 weeks before reports from people who didn't know who he was, mostly underage, came in witht he same thing.. he was asking for their pics (mostly booty pics, in skimpy clothing), asking them on dates, telling them to dump their boyfriends so he could date them, the list goes on... he was then WARNED.. and he continued... and was thus BANNED FOR LIFE from this site.
he then discovered he could sign on from his college computer (30 years old and still in college you'd think he'd have a brain by now).. and his ip range was blocked to keep him off, and he started flooding the staff's emails wanting to know why he was banned again (he was never unbanned, he simply snuck back on).
His myspace has been taken away from him several times by myspace... people report him for the sexually explicit pictures and comments he makes, which is against terms of service there (but they don't patrol, they wait for reports).. he even went as far as to mess up his own pages then claiming myself, or someone else was hacking into it (he's too stupid to realize everything is logged at myspace, and they know what IP address is doing what and when).
The last we've had to deal with this moron was when mouseplanet.com (yes, disney!) contacted us wanting to know more about what he's done in the past as they were banning him for sexually explicit behavior on disney sites towards Arial, the little mermaid (when ya can't get real, go for a cartoon I guess). Apparently some kids on there were also on kelly sites and reported him, telling them what he had done in the past, and they wanted to check with us for legal reasons. They were put into contact with the fan clubs lawyers and others to mutually add to the jeff stackhouse files, which may be used in a legal case eventually.
So to everyone wanting to know why he's never coming back here, or what he really has done (cause he will never admit to anything).. you can stop asking. If you choose to befriend him, that's your business, we do recommend you use caution!
We are also aware that he is once again bringing up this site and the fan club in blogs on his newest myspace.. he never learns, and probably wont until he's finally locked up.
His claims about it all being because of his age... there are many older than him on this site and the other kelly sites (I myself am older than he is). He is simply a risk to have on a site, especially with all the stalkers and pedaphiles lurking on the internet (in fact, perverted justice, who does the dateline nbc shows 'to catch a predator' has a whole file on everything about jeff and was working on including him in the televised investigations until the show was put on hiatus when a predator killed himself while filming an episode).
and just to add.. the ascii graphic image of Kelly nude on his myspace page isn't exactly going to help him ever get back on a kelly site, or back any of his claims of innocence, neither will all the porn advertising myspaces on his friends list that he thinks are actually girls willing to talk to him (porn sites set up those myspaces to sucker people into going to their sites) His constantly babbling of crap also won't help him in anyway, it just confirms what he's really all about even more, espceially after he was told numerous times not to mention kelly sites, or discuss any of it, and hopefully it will all be forgotten... he can't seem to do it.. his loss.
also be aware that Kelly's friends themselves, have told jeff through myspace directly to remove the 'booty' pics he usually puts up of Kelly, where he enlarges the booty and zooms in on it with photoshop. When they find the nude graphic he made of her.. I certainly dont want to be around to see results of what they will do.
the following is an actual email from mouseplanet.com about his ban on there (and other disney site who warned them). It is the initial email that started a long conversation where all documented proof of Jeff's behavior were exchanged.

I'm not sure who this will reach, but hopefully it is someone who can help.
We we warned by another Disney website about Mr. Stackhouse, and he has recently attempted to join our boards. After researching his behavior (including on MySpace, and your site), we have decided to preemptively ban him from the site.
I have a strange question. Can you tell me if he accessed your site from any IP range other than this: 70.69.100.XXX? I have blocked, at the Apache level, all access from that IP range, but if was coming in from others, I want to be able to take steps to block those as well.
Thanks for any assitance you might be able to provide.

he has an online petition now to get back on here and the fan club witha whopping 1 signature! (yes, his own!)
He forgets that any website has the right to remove anyone for any reason (and our reasons for him are pretty darn good ones)
I don't care who you are, you dont get banned from multiple sites for no reason, and he didn't sign up on here until after he was already banned everywhere else.. and he lasted a couple of weeks on here.. so no one can say he wasn't given fair chances.
I even sent him the letter from mouseplanet.com recently (only a couple of days ago), not only didn't he approve the comment so others can see it (of course), he still denies the whole thing! hahaha
