Nothings there it just the way her hand is up like blocking her face and it has cought in that postion, but if you zoom into it there is nothing there
I don't think Kelly would smoke, her career and fitness means too much to her...if she does though I am sending some nicotine gum lol

well in my opinion it's a pen, Kelly always uses thin pens when she makes her autographes and i also think that Kelly would never smoke, i mean like Fanfictastic Angel Katrina said Kelly lives very healthy and health is very important to her btw Katrina, i would totally do the same if i knew that Kelly smokes, then i would also send her some nicotine plasters or something, lol and i zoomed in on the photo and here's the pic:
