I don't get why it will take so long for it to come out, because a couple of people have already said they are done with the CD. Why are they waiting so long?
It takes so long because, people want to go over the album a few more times and do final mastering/mixing to other songs to make sure the album is perfect, poor mastering wrecks an album, the more time spent with the album the better, the end product will be sensational
Music these days is a worldwide event, I highly doubt they would release the Album in the U.S in June and then release the Album Internationally in let's say August or September, it wouldn't make sense, if the U.S gets the Album in June, Australia & NZ will get the album the same release day as the U.S or 1-2 weeks after usually, as for Europe that's a different story, The U.K should get the album the same time as Australia, but because U.K is linked to Europe, Europeans usually see 2-3 month delays, it's hard to determine how the record companies operate these things
Since Kelly Clarksons sales are good here in Australia, I bet we will get My December the same time as the U.S, if it's like 3 months I have to wait for a local release, I'll import a U.S copy, it will arrive in a week, and I'll be happy
Movies is another story, Popular movies get released the same time in every western country, Mediocre movies, will release 2-3 months later etc.
