I have not watched TRL for a long time but a big factor is what is out for newer videos to compete against NA. Also keep in mind it will depend on how well liked this one is in comparison to her previous ones such as BTHE, and I dont think it has the same potential or will equal the liking of her last 3 videos. I dont see how NA will do it, especially when you look at the other 7 videos that are ahead of it. None of them are just great that makes the so dominant. Avril and Hilary seem to have 2 of the better videos out of those so that is a sign in itself
