Recently we have had a problem with a member saying inappropriate things to other members. That member is now banned. We have zero tolerance for that kind of behavior here. We want this site to be a place where people feel comfortable and Kelly fans from all over the world can unite. When we have members harassing other members it creates a negative environment. We want all of the members to know there is a "report to admin" button at the bottom of every post and every pm. We also check the chatroom logs. If you are ever having a problem with a member or feel as though something innappropriate was said do not hessitate reporting it to an admin. If someone sexually harasses in Pm's, notify the staff, and we will advise on further action you may take. Sexual harassment on the internet is a serious crime, and we will provide advice and help take action against it. That is what we are here for. You may also email the staff (via the contact us link on the menu) for a quicker response to serious issues with other members. Know that we will take whatever measures necessary to keep this a safe and enjoyable place.

..just to add a note to this...

Harrassment in topics by members towards other members for 'useless topics', 'wrong forum', or other things (usually done by younger members) will not be tolerated at all!

If you think a topic is useless, simply dont read it..
if a topic is in the wrong forum, report it to the moderators and it will be moved

if someone spams the boards, or makes an annoying amount of 'useless topics', a staff member will chat with them about it. They are free to post like everyone else, and we will only remove the priviledge if it's severely abused, and the person who did it refuses to cooperate.

private message's can only be ivewed by me with cause to do so by formal complaint, or legal investigation, and either the person who wrote the pm, or the person who recieved the pm has to be aware of it being read (which if they report it, they are aware I'll be reading it)

what does viewing everyones pm's have to do with getting members to your site?  seems to me your trying to spam sites about your site, which is against the rules of this, and most sites.
