Topic: A kelly fan just passed away..

 :'( :'( how i wish kelly could be able to read this!!! :'( :'(

Charlene is the child i'm siiting for, for five years now.. i am a public service volunteer and she is one of the people i have been so attached with.. she suffered from leukemia for that whole five years. If its not because of her i could have not known kelly clarkson.. Chalene has been with kelly since american idol...being an eight year old little girl, she wont stop listening to kelly all day long for she has stopped schooling because of her sickness..
through kelly's ups and downs charlene defended her against me, though im not saying anything.. i still smile whenever i remember those things..

but the hardedt part of accepting is that, she would always tell me "mandie, i cant die without seeing kelly clarkson perform live"
sometimes its hard to believe that there are people like her but its true..

kelly is her first thing in the morning and her last thing at night.. if she doesn't want to take her medicines i would just tell her that i won't let her listen to kelly's cds or to surf the net and suddenly, she would take her medicines..

she's a fan, she would always tell me that kelly reached that very bottom of her heart that had lost its hope to live longer through the song breakaway..

we went to new york on the last week of june for her yearly check up, and the doctor's last statement was "it's a hopeless situaton i'm sorry", just i was about to cry she called my name and i went near her, it was when she happily, told me, that kelly is going to perform at the live earth concert..she insitsted her parents, and lucky me, i got along with it..

that day, was the happiest day of her life know..and mine too, it was my happiest day..we were on the bleachers..and while the concert was on, she cant help but wish that the next performer would be kelly.. and when the moment has come as kelly went up the stage, charlene broke into tears,.,and as kelly sang and performed, it seemed to me that she felt as if it was just the two of them on that huge arena...

after kelly finished her performance, i saw charlene smile.. and that smile was the smile i haven't seen for a long time since kelly was announced as the first american idol..

BUT IT ISN'T OVER YET, SHE HAS BEEN SAYING "MANDIE, YOU NKOW, I CAN DIE AFTER I SAW HER PERFORM LIVE", SHE TELLS ME THAT EVERDAY, AND I NEVER HAD THE IDEA THAT SHE MEANS IT..

TWO DAYS AFTER THE LIVE EARTH, WE WENT BACK HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES AND THAT WAS WHEN SHE DIED...

if i had made errors on my grammar here i am sorry for i am in tears while typing it.. it's very inspiring,,,

wow ... ok I am virtually in tears!! I am soooo happy she got to see Kelly perform live, brave little girl ... I had a cousin aged 5 pass away from Lukemia, its not a pleasant illness ... but may she rest in peace

Wow,I just burst into tears when I read it, :'( :'( :'( :'( ,this is sad ,Charlene was a brave girl,and I am happy that her wish of seeing Kelly LIVE was granted,and at least she died happy and now she is living in peace.

 God Bless You for your care for Charlene. Such sad news of a young little girl passing, but I'm glad she
got to see Kelly perform. I don't know if it had already been posted, but I posted your post at Kelly's website kellyclarkson.com on the forum so other fans would know, and maybe it will be shown to Kelly.
I also sent a copy of the post to KC's fan club mail to let them know.

yeah...just like the rest who posted here...whoow..this touched me in my soul. But you know what is a beautiful thought? She died in peace...she really did and that's beautiful isnt it?

ohh i cant believe at such a young age she died....thats soooo sad, but i hope charlene and her family can live happy knowing this little girl finally got her wish,...wow thats a true inspiration..may god be with everyone that loved her and that was with her on the last days of her life...God Bless. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

this story really touched me, she was indeed a brave girl and i'm glad that her dream of seeing Kelly perform live has came true. i'm sure she's now happily looking down at the earth and following everyone's life and Kelly's life of course God Bless you Mandie, family and friends of Charlene. She must have been a die hard Kelly fan if she listened to Kelly for 24/7 and for being such a brave girl.

^ that's a good idea and if i can and if i'm allowed to then i also want to write a poem about Charlene, just like i did for Gaby, cuz this story has inspired me and i want to dedicate a poem to her, cuz she was/is on our Kelly fanbase and a very special girl and she needs to be reminded by every Kelly fan in the world.
