Denver Concert/Presale

Ok, so my first question is about the presale codes. I am not a member of the fan club, but had previously purchased tickets so I got the code from her website.  However, the Denver show is not listed on Ticketmaster.  Does this mean I can't buy my tickets from there and if not, can I still get presale tickets?
