OK so here's how I see it....

Kelly has absolutely everything she could ever possibly want (materialistically at least).

Therefore, I honestly think that by supporting her and her music every day, year after year, through both her highest of highs and her lowest of lows, you are giving her the best gift ever.  She wouldn't be where she is today without the support of her fans.  Just keep supporting her...I think that's what means the most.

^^ haha but so true ... gifts like x-mas gifts are great from fans but more special from those that have known her and know exaclty what to buy her.  Like you said us fans can only help her through support and lovin her music ... so maybe those attending december concerts scream a little louder and jump a little crazier
