so im in panic mode right now..

the school has asked me to organize an event, like a gathering of musicians..my ideas, my choice..

its the first time i had given this kind of project..

we will be having the gathering on the afternoon ofdecember 25, its a fund raising for the victims of a strong typhoon that hit our country because many people lost their homes because of the heavy flood and rains..you know it's a very terrible sight that's why i want to make it very good so that we can  raise enough money to help them..

i have been brainstorming the whole day yesterday..i slept at 2 in themorning but nothing came..

some rehearsals will be happening on next week, like musicians playing piano, violins, drums, everything, bands and singers will be there ,and will be asking me for the music piece they are going to play..

im planning to put some kelly songs on this categories:

the orchestra..(of course this will be the opening of the show)
two bands..(two bands will be playing some jump around shows..)
the violin show..(which will be inolving musicians who plays violin and a singer who will sing, the violisists includes me..)
and the singers clash..(this will be a showcase of talented singers performing three song..i need two more kelly songs, because i have decided that christina's "fighter|" will be on the line up..)

the administration told me it has to be a bit formal, but i told them , i dont want to make it  boring, so they areed to do it my style, of course my style is the kelly style..

pleas do help me on this..plus it's also some promotions..please gimme your suggestions for kelly songs that i will put in those categories..and if you also have some ideas on how the stage must look like..

yeah, one jump aroundi think SUBG is perfect..

on the singers clash as much as possible I want to make it with some Kelly's songs with the really powerful vocals..there will be three ladies who will be singing..

and yes!!i need a song for the violin and orchestra too..

on the orchestra category it\s really hard for me to think of a kelly song, so maybe i'll listen to your opinions..

please do help me on this..

orchestra...hmmmmmm i really cant think of one for that

maybe u can use haunted for the volin cause it has that in the beging but kc doesnt really have a song that has all volin

ands sober and amlt would be a really good song to use  for singers clash

and then hif could be used as another jump up song but idk if they will let u use all kc songs but those would be cool ones to use

i just added MI on the singers clash and HIF on the jump around songs..

maybe, we will be doing haunted on theviolin..of course we'll do a new version on that..

this is hard, OMG..

how about the orchestra??i just figured out, there's also a choir that going to be in with the whole orchestra..so, what song do you think will be perfect for an opening..

there's a lot of categories..you know..it'll be a two hour show..the categories i have told ya are the categories, that i want kelly's songs in it..

thanks again y'all, but please still help me on the orchestra thingy..and the stage look, im not really a creative person, so if the idea of the stage look will come from me, i doubt if ppl will like it..lol..

i really dont know there stories but ill get back to u if i can think of a good song cause every kelly song has like diffrent meanings for diffrent ppl at least for me but ill get back to u on that one

now about the orchestra, well, it can be anything..more better if the song means a thing..well, i haven't heard 'shelter'..i'll search for that right after this..

now about the stage look, i totally have no idea, im getting the concept from you ppl, see?? sorry i depend much..but i really cant think of anything..

so the story goes like this..well, the people lost their homes..becauseof these two storms that came almost at the same time..flash floods, and heavy rains..the people were evacuated at small gymnasuims..or public basketball courts..like that..super bad scenes.. :'(

about the orchestra agin..i forgot to tell you that i should prepare three songs..i need two more kelly songs..i chose "i'll stand by you" as the first one..i want the two songs to be kelly's lol..

As for the stage look, I don't think you'd want a dirty street as a backdrop, it'll be too depressing, lol. Something hopeful might be a better option.

But then will it be too cliche to put stuff like Christmassy angels, that sort of stuff?

Ummm... Since this concert is like a gathering of musicians, maybe it can have like a musical theme. With colourful designs (rainbows, hearts etc, idk) to symbolise how music can bring about 'hope' and 'cheer' to the flood victims.

Just a suggestion.
