about what i said yesterday, i feel better about getting it out even though at the time i did feel sick, i don't tell people stuff because i don't like attention (good or bad) but it's good to be able to share with people who have been going through stuff to, and who don't judge you.

thankfully not for a while now, but i do think about it (it's not been easy trying to break a cycle that started that long ago) but i can only take each day as it comes an so far so good. who know maybe one of these days the flood gate will open an it will all come out
