yeh I know its not easy breaking it, must be hard, kinda like becomes a habbit or almost like an addiction..but you know, theres other things you can do instead of that, i know its hard though, but yeh.. you dont have to do that..but thats good its so far so good and i guess taking each day as it comes is all you can do, just finished listening to be still

Heya, im alright, not much just chilling, mum and ted are away so been listening to music loud !!

Max is good. He can crawl now which is stressing me out because he does stuff that's naughty. I'm gonna go shopping tomorrow. What are you doing tomorrow?
