I want to tell you how I feel, so much it hurts to keep.
The only thing that stops me is the thought of rejection,
From the person of my heart's reflection.

One glance towards me
And I'm as happy as I can remember,
To view your beauty,
That is without compare.

A smile and I am ecstatic for weeks,
As my heart back to life creeks.
If only the feeling could last.
Your smile's now a living memory of the rest of my life.
